Return and Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received and sent to the Return Address on your packing slip. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at no expense.
For All Returns/Exchanges: Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and original packaging.
Delivery Issues - A variety of courier errors, such as orders lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors, or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause, are covered. In the rare case that a parcel is scanned as "delivered" by the courier, but the recipient hasn't received it, please check with your postal courier. In most instances, the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address.
**Note: In some cases, orders might be delivered via FedEx SmartPost. In these cases, you will be provided a FedEx tracking link which tracks delivery to your closest USPS facility. Your local postal carrier will then make final delivery to your residence.**
- Return to Sender: There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender, but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. If we are notified that your package was undeliverable, we will contact you for an updated address. New shipping charges will be applied if you originally provided an incorrect address.
- Packages Lost in the Mail: For items lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. When the claim is submitted correctly, the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order is covered. Note: We will ask you to confirm that the shipping address was correct and that you've also checked with you local post office about locating the lost order.
Returning a Product Without a Defect - If you want to exchange or return an item without any defect - or due to ordering a wrong size - please return it to the address listed on your packing slip. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. We also recommend that you ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hire Heroes USA isn’t responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
