Returns and Exchanges Policy

For Returns:

Hire Heroes USA will honor return requests made within 30 days of the original purchase.

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and verification of the condition, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received the item(s) and will issue a refund or store credit for the purchase price. If your returned item(s) doesn't meet these conditions, the item(s) will be returned back to you at your cost.

Please note: Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided for all returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We also recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hire Heroes USA isn’t responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. 

For Exchanges:

Hire Heroes USA will honor exchange requests made within 30 days of the original purchase.

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Upon receipt of the item(s) and verification of the condition, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received the item(s).

  • If you are exchanging an apparel item for a different size, we will ship the replacement.
  • If the requested exchange size is out of stock, we will issue a refund for your purchase price or offer you store credit for another item in our store.
  • If you want to exchange for a different store item, please order that item separately and we will issue a refund for the item you returned.
